How Does it Work
Our service is completely free to you. We are a full service apartment locating company with an in depth knowledge of the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex. Your needs are our #1 priority. We are all licensed real estate agents specializing in apartments, townhomes, and condos.
By registering with All Luxury Apartments, we can provide you with a customized list of apartments based on your specific needs. This will come directly to the email account you provide us with. We help save you time and money by checking pricing, availability, and current specials offered at the apartments you choose. When you are out touring apartments, you need to let your leasing agent know that All Luxury Apartments is how you found the apartment community. Once you decide on an apartment, you must list "All Luxury Apartments" as your referral source on the lease application. This does not affect any pricing or specials being offered to you. Apartments pay us a referral fee for helping you find an apartment.
How can I get my Free Move
To receive a free move, you will need to register online and one our licensed apartment locators will send you a customized list of apartments meeting your specific requirements. For immediate help, call (469) 447-4800. When you find the perfect place, you will need to list All Luxury Apartments on any guest cards during your visit and on the lease application. Once your application is turned in with All Luxury Apartments listed as your referral source, contact your apartment locator or call (469) 447-4800 to schedule your free move.

We will serve our customers within a 30 mile round trip radius, from the office located at 18900 Dallas Parkway suite#108 Dallas,TX 75287. If you are outside the area, please add $1 per mile (roundtrip). Please call the office, if you have any questions about the mileage before your move date.
If you have additional drop off or pick up locations there is a $20 surcharge per location.
There will be a $40 charge for wait time, such as to sign a lease, get your keys, or waiting on you to arrive at a pick up or drop off location.
